Partecipiamo al presidio che ha annunciato Michele Santoro insieme a Barbara Spinelli e Marco Travaglio per il 13 febbraio davanti al tribunale di Milano a difesa dell’indipendenza della magistratura e della libertà di informazione.

Non sappiamo se una iniziativa eversiva del governo contro la magistratura è stata sventata solo grazie ad una risposta ferma, civile e democratica ma mi sembra che partecipare ed invitare a farlo possa più che mai fare la differenza e delimitare i confini invalicabili della democracy and the rule of law.

Dispute precarious, there is time until January 23, 2011

The FLC CGIL has decided to promote the national litigation against the recurrence of fixed-term contracts in favor of permanent staff employed in public sectors of knowledge, in order to achieve the transformation employment from temporary to permanent.

The law requires, among other things, any appeal of fixed-term contracts have already expired, within 60 days after the entry into force of the law itself, then by January 23, 2011, and any appeal of current contracts within 60 days of their maturity.
