The FLC CGIL has decided to promote the national litigation against the recurrence of fixed-term contracts in favor of permanent staff employed in public sectors of knowledge, in order to achieve the transformation employment from temporary to permanent.
The law requires, among other things, any appeal of fixed-term contracts have already expired, within 60 days after the entry into force of the law itself, then by January 23, 2011, and any appeal of current contracts within 60 days of their maturity.
